I offer a free initial consultation which provides the potential client with the opportunity to discuss what is troubling them and to make an informed choice about whether they wish to use my service. If it is decided that counselling could be helpful then at the start of counselling the client and myself take the time to find out what they would like to achieve from our time together, this may give us some idea of both how long the work may take and how we will work together.
